Claire Stringer

Profile:

Claire graduated from the Glasgow School of Art (GSA) in 2001 with a BA (Hons) in Fine Art Painting.

She is currently living and working in Liverpool. She takes every opportunity to exhibit her work and in order to make it accessible to a wide variety of people exhibits in diverse public spaces, including libraries, café, concert halls and other public venues.

She welcomes any enquiries on her work.

Exhibitions:

Liverpool Biennial. As part of the 'Arts in Bars' programme of the Biennial, Claire had a solo exhibition entitled 'An Order of Chaos' in the Puschka Restaurant, Rodney Street. This has now ended but has been replaced with a selection of Claire's 'Laos Studies'.
A joint exhibition with Michael-Pace Sigge, another Liverpool-based artist, at the Unity Theatre in Liverpool.
A solo exhibition at the Philharmonic Concert Hall foyer &
bar in April/May 2006.
